MONDAY

CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 4:30pm

EXCEL ELITE: 10:30am-12:30pm (warm-ups starting every 30 minutes through 11:30am)

TUESDAY

CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 11:30am (express)

EXCEL: 10:15-11:15am

WEDNESDAY

CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 4:30pm

EXCEL ELITE: 10:30am-12:30pm (warm-ups starting every 30 minutes through 11:30am)

THURSDAY

CLASS TIMES: 5:30am & 11:30am (express)

EXCEL: 10:15-11:15am

FRIDAY
