YOUTH TRAINING

Our youth programs keep your kid moving, healthy and having fun. Whether you have an athlete aimed to improve performance, or you want your child to build a foundation of strength, physical literacy and confidence, we’ve got you covered.

EXCEL ELITE

  • Grades 7-12

  • Experienced athletes looking for next level performance

  • 6-week cycles offered throughout the year

  • Three 1-hour sessions per week

EXCEL DEVELOP

  • Grades 4-6

  • Developing athletes looking to build foundational skills

  • 6-week cycles offered throughout the year

  • Two 45-minute sessions per week

GIRLSTRONG

  • Ages 8+

  • Foundational strength for girls of all ages

  • Build confidence in a tailored environment

  • One 1-hour sessions per week, year-round
